Which delivery options are possible?
Choose a delivery day & time specific. Choose evening delivery or pick it up at the nearest PostNL location in your area.
Do we also ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. For applications outside this area we deliver on request.
How long does it take before I receive my package?
After placing your order you will receive a shipping confirmation within 24 hours. This contains a link with the Track & Trace code from Post NL. This way you can see when your order will be delivered. Pay attention! Have you not received your order within 3 working days? Please contact our customer service. We will then search for the status of your order as soon as possible.
You pay a contribution for processing and delivering your order. Following the delivery method you choose and the place to which package must be sent, the shipping costs will automatically be calculated by our system.

Ideal, Visa & Mastercard, Mistercash and Klarna.

How to place an order?
Shop your favorite items on the site. Are you done with shopping? Then click on the Cart and check whether the sizes and numbers are correct. Is this all correct? Then click on ‘checkout’.
You can enter your personal details at checkout. If you already have an account and are logged in then these details will be filled in automatically, but this is not necessary. Check this information before proceeding to the shipping method.
With the shipping method you can choose to have your order delivered at home or to have it delivered at a collection point in your area. You can then pick up your package at the nearest PostNL location. There is also a possibility to pick it up at our office. On Julianastraat 30 in Diessen.
Choose your payment method and complete the order. After the payment is completed you will receive a confirmation in your e-mail. And then a track and trace mail where you can follow the order exactly.

If, for any reason, you are concerned that the personal information that Kou Sportswear has collected from you is incorrect, please log into our website to view and change your personal information. Only you have access to this personal data through your username and password. Have you chosen an order without an account? Then you can always consult the above address to find out which details of you are known to us.
Exchange or Return?
From the moment of home delivery you legally have 14 days to exchange or return items. All items must be unworn. Unpacking and using is only allowed to judge if you want to keep the product. You should also ensure that all item cards are properly attached. Do not cut the labels during the fitting! Unfortunately, we can not proceed with reimbursement for incorrect return shipments. For detailed information, please see our terms and conditions.
If you want to exchange or return an item, please fill in the returned form and attach it to the return package. If you have any questions, you can always send an e-mail to retour@kou-sportswear.com, stating the order number. Report the package via the return portal: https://kousportswear.shipping-portal.com/returns/. You can pay the costs of the return on this site and print the shipping label yourself. Bring the package to a post office in your area and will be automatically sent to us. Send the undamaged item in its original packaging. If all conditions are met, we will refund the purchase price to the invoice for the original payment within 10 working days or we will send you the replacement color or size back.
