shipment
Our packages are shipped with DHL. We aim to deliver the packages to you within 1-3 days.
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe. And also beyond on request.
After placing your order you will receive a shipping confirmation within 24 hours. This contains a link with the Track Trace code. This way you can see when your order will be delivered. NB! Have you not received your order within 3 working days? Please contact our customer service. We will then find out for you as quickly as possible what the status of your order is. You may pay a contribution for the processing and delivery of your order. Depending on the order (discounted items) and the place to which the package must be sent, the shipping costs will be automatically calculated by our system. We ship completely free within the Netherlands.

You can pay for your order at Kou Sportswear in the following ways; Ideal, Visa Mastercard, Mistercash and Klarna.
Ordering, Returns Exchanges
Shop your favorite items on the site. Are you done shopping? Then click on the Cart and check whether the sizes and quantities are correct. Is this all correct? Then click on ‘checkout’. You can enter your personal information during checkout. If you already have an account and are logged in, this information will be filled in automatically, but this is not necessary. Please check this information before proceeding to the shipping method. With the shipping method, you can choose to have your order delivered to your home or to have it delivered to a collection point near you. You can then pick up your package at the nearest DHL location. Choose your payment method and complete the order. After payment has been completed you will receive a confirmation in your email. And then a track and trace email where you can follow the order exactly.

From the moment of home delivery, you legally have 14 days to exchange or return items. All items must be unworn. Unpacking and using is only permitted to assess whether you want to keep the product. You must also ensure that all item cards are still attached correctly. So do not cut the labels loose while trying them on, and pay attention to the smell is also important! Would you like to return?
Then you opt for a refund. You click on the items you would like to return and indicate the reason. Then click on ”submit application”. You will receive an email from us containing the request. You will then receive an email from us if it has been accepted and how you can download the shipping label for the return. Send the undamaged item in the original packaging. If all conditions are met, we will refund the purchase amount to the account of the original payment within 10 working days.
Would you like to exchange?
Then you choose the exchange request option. You click on the items you would like to exchange and indicate the reason. Then click on ”choose products” to return to the webshop and click on which items you would like to receive. Click on ”exchange”. You will return to the exchange form where you will see an overview. Then click on ”submit application”. You will receive an email from us containing the request. You will then receive an email from us if it has been accepted and how you can download the shipping label for the return. You send the item to be returned back to us, and we will send the new item to you.
