Sizes
We're happy to help you find the right size using our size guide . You can find it in the following locations:
- Each product has an icon on the right of the screen that refers you to the corresponding size chart.
- Each product description clearly explains any special fit requirements.
- And if you still have any doubts, please use our chat so we can assist you personally.
Dispatch
Our packages are shipped with DHL. We aim to have them delivered to you within 1-3 days.
Yes, we deliver throughout Europe and beyond on request.
After placing your order, you'll receive a shipping confirmation within 24 hours. This contains a link with the Track & Trace code, allowing you to see when your order will be delivered. Important! If you haven't received your order within 3 business days, please contact our customer service. We'll look into the status of your order as quickly as possible.
You may be charged a fee for processing and delivering your order. Our system will automatically calculate the shipping costs based on the order (discounted items) and the destination. Within the Netherlands, we ship completely free of charge for orders over €80.
Payment
You can pay for your order at Kou Sportswear in the following ways: iDEAL, Visa & Mastercard, Mistercash, and Klarna.
Orders, Returns & Exchanges
Add your favorite items to your shopping cart. Finished shopping? Click on the shopping cart icon. and check that the sizes and quantities are correct. If everything is correct, click "Checkout."
At checkout, you can enter your personal information. If you already have an account and are logged in, this information will be filled in automatically, but it's not required. Please double-check this information before proceeding to the shipping method.
You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or to a pickup point near you. You can then collect your package at the nearest DHL location.
Select your payment method and complete your order. After payment is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email. You'll then receive a track and trace email allowing you to track your order.

If, for any reason, you are concerned that the personal information Kou Sportswear has collected from you is incorrect, please log in to our website to view and change your personal information. Only you have access to this personal data through your username and password. If you opted to order without an account, you can always consult the address above to check what information we have about you.
From the moment of delivery, you legally have 14 days to exchange or return items. All items must be unworn. Unpacking and using the item is only permitted to assess whether you wish to keep it. Please also ensure that all item tags are still properly attached. Do not cut off the labels while trying them on, and be mindful of the smell! We also ask that you take good care of the packaging. The polybag must be properly sealed in our warehouse so that the items can be properly restocked. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund for incorrectly returned items.
